The Sixty Skills approach brings together Franz Bardon’s system, Kabbalistic letter work, energy cultivation, Vajrayana, Taoist practices, yoga and internal martial arts within a structured training environment.
Each day balances instruction with physical practice, meditation, energy work and guided application. The objective is not to collect more information. It is to build usable skills.
